Default ForceField and Symantec Endpoint Protection

    Hi,

I'm thinking of adding ForceField to a PC with Symantec Endpoint Protection v11 (ie, it has anti-virus, proactive threat protection & a firewall). In terms of what they do, they seem compatible.

I'd welcome any advice or comments!

    Cheers,

    Mark

Can I run ForceField along with antivirus, anti-spyware, firewall, or similar security products?

Yes. As a new security layer, ZoneAlarm ForceField is designed to supplement the ZoneAlarm firewall line of products (ZoneAlarm; ZoneAlarm Pro; ZoneAlarm Antivirus; ZoneAlarm Anti-Spyware; ZoneAlarm Internet Security Suite) as well as other vendor's security products. At this link :

    But Contact Support to confirm.

The best is to trial it. Every ZA product come with have a free trial.
Usually running competing products can create problems, may be not now but at any new update (updates in security tools are common and frequent).
As already suggest, to avoid any problem, stick to 1 (one) producer. For ZA, the best move is to choose the top, i.e. ZA Extreme.
