    Unhappy IE8 Browser Blues

    XP SP3, IE8, ZASS 9.1.008, FF 1.5.53.49

I see this yellow icon alot lately in the bottom left corner of the browser window. I begin to download Firefox and save to desktop but it reaches only 51% each time and kicks off. I cannot access Verizon messaging because FF claim suspicious memory use. Disabling FF and IE makes the same claim.

I really don't understand your issue. You could try this.First Clear virtual data in ForceField and try to reset IE8 if Clear virtual data doesn't work.

    How to Reset IE :

    Close all browsers
    Open ZoneAlarm
    Click Browser Security / Settings
    Click Advanced tab
Clear virtual data and click okay
Now turn Browser Security off and follow these steps here

Click Start / Control Panel / Internet Options
Click Delete / Delete Temporary Internet Files
    Security (Tab) / Default Level
Advanced (Tab) / Restore advanced settings

Have no other suggestions to address your issue. If your license is current contact Support.

    Exclamation Re: Browser Blues

Thanks Sky Soldiers, clearing the temp and history, etc. must have done the trick. I was able to install Firefox and Quicktime and access mobile provider website. So far no hiccups.
