Default Scanning downloads with ZAX = Corrupt files.

I want to stop ZAX from scanning my downloads, it corrupts every file without exception, how can this be done?

I found the setting in the CheckPoint Browser settings for scanning downloads for spyware and un-checked it, but that did nothing.

This is my version info -

    ZoneAlarm Extreme Security version:9.1.008.000
    TrueVector version:9.1.008.000
    Driver version:9.1.008.000
    Anti-virus engine version:8.0.2.42
    Anti-virus signature DAT file version:999144960
    AntiSpam version:6.0.0.2383
    ZoneAlarm ForceField 1.5.53.4
    ZoneAlarm ForceField Spyware Scanner 1.5.53.58
    ZoneAlarm ForceField Anti-Phishing Database 1.2.104.0
ZoneAlarm ForceField Spyware Sites Database 04.020

Using ForceField (standalone) and it works here.

How does it corrupts every file without exception.

    What OS are you using.

What browser are you using and are you using a " download manager " to download files.

    Have a nice Day

Using my laptop (config in my sig) with the ZA Toolbar, I have intentionally downloaded several files and have yet to find a case where it corrupted a file. The answers to Sky Soldiers questions are pertinent.

It randomly cuts off files, never getting the complete file.
    Fresh format and installation
Win XP Pro - SP3 up-to-date Legit Licensed
This happens with either iE or FireFox
    I dont use download managers

If i turn off ZAX completely it's fine, but that is NOT acceptable. If there is no solution then I will have to find other security software.
