I am starting this thread because I think ZoneAlarm needs to know that some users are still having problems with the anti-virus update.
Please add to this thread if you still get the error "unable to connect to the update server"
I was pretty much told by technical support that ZoneAlarm fixed the problem and that if the problem still exists, it is my computer. There solution was to try a Beta versions that expires in 60 days or downgrade.
I think these options are not good enough.
