at this time it is clear after several users have tried to help you, that you need hands on local help..

It is Sometimes very Difficult to Diagnose and fix a Computer from halfway across the Country,
without All the Details, without the ability to sit in front of your Computer monitor and see what's going on..

I'm Sorry, but with your assertion that other Firewall work Automaticly more to your liking, maybe it is an opertune time for you to uninstall Zone Alarm and try one of the many other Firewalls..

You can go into the Firewall, Program Control and a-v/a-s sections and move the sliders to the "off" position, but why would you That's the additional level of protection you paid for. But that is your decision.

To me however, it would be like disabling the anti-lock brakes, shutting off the airbags and not wearing a seatbelt in your car. Then, when you get in an accident and are thrown from the vehicle, wondering why the car's safety features didn't protect you better.

The other firewalls may not be providing the same level of protection as ZA. Of course you'll get fewer alerts if you don't check in the first place.

Dealing with the alerts is a learning process. Only you can decide if you want to go through that process.
