    Default Wacom Mouse not working within ZoneAlarm Security Suite

    This problem only has popped up in the last day and it's very strange. I use a Wacom tablet pen/mouse for my PC. For some strange reason, as of yesterday the mouse doesn't work with in ZASS. What I mean is, I can move the cursor and when I move it over a clickable portion, that portion will highlight. Right clicking, though, does nothing.

    The same happens if I right click on the system tray icon. The menu will come up but I can't click on any of the options. Has anyone seen this happen before?

    It's not the mouse because it works with every other program I have installed. For some reason, and I'm guessing maybe it has something to do with TrueVector, it won't work within ZASS.

    I've tried uninstalling the program and reinstalling to no avail

    I have had exactly the same problem. It is resolved now but I'm not sure which action actually fixed it.

    I am using Wacom Intuos3 a5 tablet and mouse on XP with all the MS iupdates.

    I uninstalled ZAISS and re-installed.

    I updated the WACOM driver to the 614_3 version - note this is NOT the latest one, but one back. I had tried the latest version but without success.

    As a workaround I had to plug in an addition USB mouse but this rather loses the point of the tablet.

    Please Report your "WACOM Mouse" driver 614_3 version conflict with ZA Suite directly to ZA Tech Support Live Chat..

    Yeah it started working for me too, out of the blue. I didn't do anything differently and since it was only ZA I just used a combo of right click and the space bar if I had to get in there. ZA must have released some kind of update. No one ever got back to me on the issue, unfortunately, though.

    I do have a valid license and did contact chat support and they sent me to the forums

    No worries, though. It's working now.
