    Question MS Active Sync Conflict

    My PDA has suddenly stopped synching under Win XP. When I run the MS ActiveSync troubleshooter, the only solution is to investigate conflicts with Zone Alarm. As far as I know, I don't have Zone Alarm! Any suggestions?

    An indication of ZA being installed will be a "Z" icon in the System Tray, like this:


    You could also check by looking in Start>All Programs or in Control Panel under Add/Remove Programs to see if you find any ZoneAlarm entries.

    If you find nothing, then I have to presume that the message from MS ActiveSync is in error.
