    Default Itunes can't connect

    Hey. I'm running the latest zone alarm. I got my son an IPod touch for Christmas. I cannot connect to itunes. I uninstalled/reinstalled itunes. I'm waiting for their response. I went into zone alarm and gave permission to all programs with itunes, apple and quicktime. I was wondering if anyone else had an issue similar and fixed it?

    With a paid license you can try Live Chat for your problem with zone alarm and connecting to itunes. You'll need to give more details - what product of zone alarm and what version of itunes and any other relevant details.

    Whenever posting here- or Contacting ZA Tech Support, it is always advisable to list your:Windows OS (XP SP 2-3 / Vista SP1-2 / Windows 7 32-Bit/64-Bit), your ZoneAlarm product and ZA version number , Brand of Computer and CPU, is it a DeskTop or Laptop, List any other Security Programs installed.

    ezfrag : Just a suggestion.

    Look in the Event Viewer | System and look if any Error events for iTunes registry key issues.

    If that is the case.Copied that error message and do a search in Google.

    Also as suggested by other users to always provide information as to address issue faster and eliminate guess work.
