Thread: expired!

    Angry expired!

    My anti virus is saying it is expired. I only bought it 2 days ago. I have checked the license key and it is correct. I have restarted my PCs (it is on 6 PCs) but with no luck. Help me out!
    The exact wording on the panel is:
    "You are not fully protected. Action required below
    you subscription has expired"

    Hi!
    considering that you have just bought it better you contact the ZA technical support directly and try to troubleshoot with them the issue and proceed with a refund if you are not able to resolve it. ZA staff does not monitor this board, we are all users here.

    Link to ZA technical support in my signature. Best to contact them when they are online so you are served on the spot.

    Thanks for the info. From what I can tell, technical support costs a bundle or am I wrong? Can I just email them somehow?

    1.) I refered you to ZA Customer support to Resolve your Registration key problem.. (Customer Service deals with License, product sales, and Delivery etc) is FREE

    2.) Tech Support can not Fix your License Key problem..

    3.) ZA Tech Support is Free via the Live Text Chat link to all ZA users with a Valid Current License key..

    There is no Direct E-Mail Address..
