    Question iPhone question

    Hi all-

I've been using Trend Micro for a very long time, but am deciding to make the switch to ZA after a very frustrating time with my transition to Windows 7.

I was curious though, does the iPhone -> iTunes problem still exist with ZA on Windows 7? I'm very hesitant to experiment and mess up my phone I'm running Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit.

Thanks for any insight anyone can provide!

    Hi!
the best you can do is to try ZA before buying it. All ZA products comes with a full features 30 days trial.
This should be more than enough to detect any incompatibility with iPhone or iPhone sync.

The feedback you may get here is rather biased. I.e. users don't come to the forum if everything works well

    Cheers,

    Thanks for the quick reply!

I've downloaded the 30 day free trial and am giving that a spin before I go with buying it. Just from what I've been reading, I am worried that just testing out if there is a problem could cause severe damage to my phone.

Guess I'll give it a shot though some time tomorrow unless someone posts on here saying otherwise.

    Thanks again!

    You're welcome!
there is no way ZA can damage your iPhone
As far as I know the itunes issue (slow running) was fixed long time ago.

As already mentioned this forum is not the best for ZA product feedback. Users usually comes here if something is broken... You will get a rather biased replies

Hehe I can imagine most posts are a bit biased.

From what I had been reading though, not just on here, sounded for like a syncing issue, which caused some people to have to replace their phone. Others just disabled ZA when they were going to sync their phone and that seemed to work, though a bit of a hassle and risky to have to go to such lengths every time you want to sync.

Couldn't find any posts about it working, but that's probably more like everyone who has it working just fine isn't posting about it

    Guess I'll just find out!

ZA cant and wont damage a iphone or any phone for that matter.

If you have to replace your phone it has NOTHING to do with ZoneAlarm.
