    Default [Solved] Cannot change identity in Outlook Express

    I have three Outlook Express identities. After installing ZA Internet Security, I can switch from the primary OE identity to one of the two secondary identities, but when I try to switch to the remaning secondary identity, I get an error message saying OE must close, referencing file msimn.exe. When I re-open OE, it goes immediately to the secondary identity I was trying to open before it shut down. Microsoft Article 258034 does not seem to apply. ZA is the cause of the issue because I have had this probelem for over a year, and when I recently uninstalled ZA, OE worked fine. I installed the latest version of ZA 3 days ago and the problem re-appeared. Suggestions are welcome.

    Have you tried turning off the junk email filter as a test?
