    Default cookies

This might be a simple question with a simple answer. I use as my homepage and even though I've told ZA to accept all cookies from them every time the AV and AS run it deletes the cookie and I have to log back in to get to my homepage.
I have windows set to except all cookies and ZA set to except all cookies. Still deletes that one, nothing else just cookies.

What version of ZASS are you running?

The current version does NOT delete cookies. That function is left to the browser.

    Read this post:

    I am running:

    ZoneAlarm Security Suite version:
    TrueVector version:
    Driver version:
    Anti-virus engine version:
    Anti-virus signature DAT file version:1011893056
    AntiSpam version:

Do you run any other a/v or a/s software? What about CCleaner? They may be doing it.

all later versions lock up my computer. I've tried them all and have to reinstall this version everytime.

Oh I forgot, I have IE8 and Google Chrome it only deletes the cookie so IE8 won't open my homepage. Google opens it fine. When ZA run the A/V and A/S the box that comes up after telling what it deleted or quaranteed is where it says cookie deleted. It doesn't give me an option to ignore it or even quaranteen it.

Well, I don't even remember what options are availible in version 8.x, or what the Control Center GUI looks like, so I'm not going to be able to help you.

You also can't get tech support on past versions.

shotei, after doing a little search on this site - there are several sites that have "mixed/ negative" ratings - some users/ sites will say it has adware/ malware others will say it is ok.

shotei, big picture: it appears most scanners will detect's cookies as malware; this is somewhat similar to - some scanners will detect it/ block it.
I don't have a solution for your particular issue - just letting you know 'why' most scanners will detect/ block/ remove these cookies/ site - whether right or wrong - I can't say anything more.
