Default Did ZA disabled user.exe and taskmgr.exe

Need some help with unusual issue. I've got a whole bunch of worms and trojans recently. I purchased ZA with antivirus, installed it and ran a scan. While running the scan I've had several pop-ups in regards of suspicious behavior of certain files. Included among them were user.exe and taskmgr.exe. So I have denied these files access to the system since I assumed they were hijacked by the worms. I could not even imagine, that ZA would asked me to disable legitimate and essential services!

Now I am totally unable to log in to any accounts on my PC. It's an old laptop with XP pro, but I really need it for some legacy apps it runs. I can boot it from BartPE, but this utility has very limited abilities. How can I possibly unable user.exe once again?
