    Hi!
not it is not possible. ForceField is designed to work with most addon.

There are however some few small precautions and tricks to allow for a smooth operation of extentions or addon.

    1. Always install addons with forcefield turned off
    2. Always updates addons with forcefield turned off
    3. Check the correct functioning of addons with forcefield turned off.
    4. Clean forcefield virtual data (advanced tab) to correct corruption issues.

If you have not done the above, better to start from scratch including the reset of the firefox profile: see here for a step by step full reset.

For download managers, you will need to point them to downnload files to the Forcefield shared folder located in your Document folder otherwise the downloads will not be saved.

    Hope this helps

    hmm.....

when i attempt to save flv with the add-on, it will not even bring up the save file dialogue, so cant direct files to ff/za folder

...just reformatted hd, so i cant believe firefox is corrupted.

    works fine in unsecured browser...

Go to the preferences and check the storage directory.

You could try the latest ZA Extreme beta here. It contains a lot of fixes and improvements (its important you remove your current extreme version before installing the beta). If it still causes issues than inform the developers via the dedicated beta feedback form.
