    Hi,
I tried running a scan in safe mode with networking as suggested in your malware removal guidance. It seemed to get rid of the Trojan.Win32.Vilsel.utk.
Just to be shure I used superantispyware (found only cookies and a few registry entries), and A squared (which found 2 more trojans)
final scan with hitman pro found nothing.
I've had zone alarm extreme security ever since switching to DSL from dial up, and have always run my browsers with virtualization and forcefield on.
I also use "magic jack" for my phone. Could this phone device be opening up my computer to this virus??

To answer your question I am not too sure
if magic jack is opening your PC to the virus.

Though that is a very good question though
    i must say. hmmmm???

don't use that device so, I cannot comment. Comments are not positive.
