Thread: google images blocked

    Default google images blocked

    I am using Windows XP with ZoneAlarm Extreme Security 9.01 and I can't search images in Google. The boxes all come up with red x's in the corner and I can't open them. I'm new here, and on dialup....what's the cure?

    Hi!
    if no user here will have any idea on how to help please remember that if you have a valid license you can contact, free of charge, the ZA technical support at the link in my signature. They are closed on weekends, contact them during the week.

    My ZA is made available through my dialup ISP, so I'm assuming that's a fully licenced version.

    It is Sometimes very Difficult to Diagnose and fix a Computer from halfway across the Country, without All the Details,without the ability to sit in front of your Computer monitor and see what's going on..

    That is why Guru Fax, directed you to ZA Tech Support Live Chat link..

    You can find your ZA license key by (Double Left clicking) on the "Z" tray icon, the Click on Overview, click on Product Info..


    Click on Tech Support link in my Signature on Monday.. (Tech Support is closed on Weekends)

    My ZA won't update either. I tried sending the particulars to your site's email service after hrs last week , but no response. Does this mean they can't respond to a Hotmail address?

    ...but it's been over a week. I have problems getting on here during regular business hours. Is my email still there or should I resend it with another address? I have a yahoo email as well.

    1.) Have you Checked your Junkmail Folder?
    Look for Email from @checkpount.com, or @zonelabs.com or maybe ZoneAlarm Technical Support [support@zonelabs.com]

    2.) if your sure that your original Submition to Tech support was sent, you should also have received an Acknowlegement Email..

    If you did not get that, then chances are that Tech Support never got your request for help..

    Re-sending your Request with your Yahoo address may work better,

    But please check Your Email readers Junk or Trash folder..

    It's not in the junkmail. I'm trying to resend, but I keep getting the "I'm sorry, we're temporarily unable to process your order" message after repeated tries. Isn't there a normal email address I could send the details too? I've tried using both my hotmail and yahoo addresses, but the options they give me for the True Vector numbers don't include mine....9.1.037.00
