Angry ZAX Rootkit Scan reports 'Hiddenobject.Multi.Generic'

    (1) ZA-Extreme Security Rootkit Scan reports infection by 'HiddenObject.Multi.Generic' at C:\Windows\AstInfo and was unable to quarantine, repair or delete file. Error message said something like "The handle is invalid". I cannot find anything relating to 'AstInfo' either by exploring files and folders manually or by Windows search function. What does this mean and how do I fix it? Why doesn't ZA fix it (after all, that's what I bought it for)?

    (2) I have a license for three machines. One machine has a Rootkit Scan option but the others don't. License number is the same but ZAX version is different. I clicked the update button on one with older ZAX version number (and without rootkit scan option) and report comes back that there are no updates available. Why?
