Default Zonealarm cause Razer USB mouse to malfunction

I'm a windows 7 user and every time I try to do anything in any Zone Alarm window my Razer Copperhead (latest drivers/fw) goes haywire. It also causes my logitech keyboard to go haywire too where it only writes using the "a" key, but not as often as the mouse bug. The mouse will climb straight up to the top of the screen and continue to rise until I click outside the Zone Alarm window. It also did this when I had Comodo's firewall installed, which I recently uninstalled.

So is the ZA firewall causing a usb interrupt of power?

It is Sometimes very Difficult to Diagnose and fix a Computer from halfway across the Country, without All the Details, without the ability to sit in front of your Computer monitor and see what's going on..
