Default Corrupted Downloads & Encoding Errors

I am running Windows 7 64 bit with ZA (Free) and Norton Antivirus 2010.

    Issue 1:
When I have both applications running I end up with corrupted downloads. When I go to launch the file to start the extraction process, I receive an error that says "File Corrupt". If I turn off ZA and download the file again it works. If I uninstall Norton and download the file again it works. I am using the latest version of Firefox for my downloads.

The file Iíve been testing with is rather large, but Iíve been trying to stay consistent with my tests. The file can be found at:

Does anyone else have Windows 7 64 bit with ZA (Free) and NAV 2010 installed? If so, are you experiencing this issue?

    Issue 2:
Firefox also displays an "Encoding Error" message on occasion when I have both ZA and NAV 2010 installed. I can usually refresh the page and the page loads. I believe this might be related to the fact that both security apps are installed or itís a glitch with ZA. Other NAV 2010 users are not having this issue.

I don't use the free firewall myself, but various problems have been reported. There is a beta version of the free firewall available you might want to consider trying to see if it resolves your issues.
