Angry Firefox 3.6.3 and ZASS V:9.1.507.000 conflict today

I installed ZASS update to 9.1.507.000 on April 8th. When I connected to internet with Firefox browser I had no problems other than Firefox stayed open even though I closed through File/exit. I would use task manager and just stop the Firefox process and then log onto Firefox to go back online. But today when I went onto internet, loading Yahoo.com (my home page) became very sluggish. I went to several websites becoming a peeved as to how long it took for them to load. Then when I tried to go to some my bookmarks, the listing within folders would not come up. You could see the outline of listing not content.

Then I went into ZASS and stopped Forcefield and now have no problems with bookmarks.

I remembered that I had once downloaded Forcefield program and had major problems with earlier verison of Firefox.

From this I think that Forcefield and Firefox don't like each other. Also I use Firefox as my default browser as I just don't normally use IE 8.

That's strange - ForceField and FireFox should work together.

Do you have the latest version of ForceField; version 1.5.53.49? This version will work with the FireFox 3.6.3.

Are you up-to-date with all critical MS updates?

A thought - have you tried to get back a version to 9.1.008 and see if installing that version will sort out your issue with FireFox and ForceField? Back up all your data and bookmarks for FireFox to be on the safe side. Its worth a try, and if it does not work, then at least you can say that eliminiated an option.

    Thanks,
    Stormsy.
