Thumbs down Odd ForceField PDF download problem

After installing Internet Security Suite 9.1.507, I started having a problem trying to download PDF documents from USAA.COM. This is a company that provides insurance to military people and their families, and I have used it for years. When I try to download and save a document, the download progress window opens and immediately says "Download failed." There was no explanation given, and there had been no warnings before I started the download. This happens with none of the other websites from which I download PDF documents.

I can open the document on-line, then download it thru the Adobe Reader. I tried scanning the document for viruses, and it came up clean.

Tech Support had me reset ZoneAlarm, but that did not help. The only solution that I was given was to uninstall the ZA Toolbar, which disables ForceField. What kind of a solution is that?
