Thread: Trial expired in 4 days.

    Default Trial expired in 4 days.

    I been using the trial version for about 4 days. The power went off last night and that sent the clock back to 2003. Even though I corrected that ZA still throws a notice up on the screen saying that my trial is expired.

    Why does ZA not recognized a power failure and why can't it from it's own logs recognize that the system clock was thrown off almost 10 years?

    How do I get back on schedule?

    Also, when I click on the desktop I don't get the conventional information such as the Version tab so that means I have to navigate and open 4 windows to see that my ZA is version 9.1 and then I see that 9.1 is not listed in my profile as a version option. That only lists 8.0, 7.1, 7.0, 6.0, 5.0

    Yes, but I have not had the problem you are experiencing, so I can't really offer any help.

    I would suggest you contact ZA customer support (we are all users here) when they open tomorrow and explain your situation. They handle licensing issues and this may fall under their area of responsibility. If not, they will direct you to ZA tech support.
