    Default FireFox Browser Access Issue

    I recently installed the latest version of the Firefox browser:
    Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.2.3) Gecko/20100401 Firefox/3.6.3 ( .NET CLR 3.5.30729)
    and unless I close the Zonealarm Security Center the browser won't open and I receive the following error message:
    The procedure entry point js_NextActiveContext could not be located in the dynamic link library js3250.dll.
    If I open the browser and then reopem Zonealarm things seem to work just fine until I close and try to reopen the browser...
    I'm using ZoneAlarm Extreme Security Version 9.1.008.00
    TrueVector Version 9.1.008
    Anti-Virus/Anti-Spyware version 8.082.42
    Anti-Spam Version 6.0.0.2383
    ZoneAlarm ForceField 1.5.53.4

    Hi!

    this is probably caused by ZA Extreme security not been turned off before updating. Please review the links below that explains how to operate ZA Extreme and firefox correctly including how to reset firefox once your profile has been corrupted.

    I tried the links without success.

    Firefox automatically updated to 3.6.10 and now ZA Extreme blocks it as type "Program access" and list the reason as personal policy.

    I've uninstalled firefox completely including all settings. Restarted. Reinstalled firefox and it still won't let it connect. I went back to version 3.5.8 I believe it was, and it allowed internet access again for firefox. I told it not to update, but it did anyway and with 3.6.10 no access again.

    So, I reinstalled ZA Extreme version 9.3.037.000 which was the version I already had installed, and it's still doing the same thing.

    I have 3 other computers running the same version of ZA extreme and firefox 3.6.10 with no issues. This is driving me nuts.
    Any suggestions?

    EDIT: here's a new twist - if I open up Zonealarm Extreme and go to the product info area, I can click on the click here link in tech support and it opens firefox which currently isn't my default browser. It goes to the website and I can then go anywhere I want in firefox until I close it. After I close it and open again, it won't work again even if I manually put in the link to this site. WEIRD!

    As I already stated, I tried everything on there without success.

    Just to be sure, I did it all again without success.

    Finally, I uninstalled firefox, deleted it's folder that was left behind, ran ccleaner to clean up the registry, turned Browser security off, then restarted my computer. After the restart, I reinstalled firefox 3.6.10 and still get the same problem of no internet access.

    Sorry, I do not use FireFox myself..
