    Hi

    I am still waiting for my ISP to get back to me. However, I have today connected through a router and find the licence from DHCP server is correct and as it should be on both cable and wireless.

    The main cable connection (via the router) now shows a 192.168 etc address, but won't work in the Internet Zone. In Trusted Zone it works well. Wireless works OK in both. Should I leave the main connection in the Trusted Zone when the router is also connected?

    The mystery remains as to why my licence is incorrectly issued when not using the router.

    As already mentioned all addresses with 192.168.X.X are internal and cannot be reached from the outside. It is then safe to set them to trusted and sometimes is also needed for a stable connections and related issuing of IPs.

    Thanks very much for confirming that. This 'conversation' has taught me quite a few things I didn't know before. I'll continue to press my ISP and hope a solution may be found to the licensing issue.
