    Default ZA Backups

    Hi,

    I've just noticed that ZA is no longer backing up my selected files every night like it used to do. In fact, the Backup icon doen't show in tray anymore, and when I try to start it manually from the Start menu, it says it can not find any of the .exe files (i.e. ZABackupTray.exe).

    I tried to reset it with the Ctrl-Shift method, but it still was not working at next startup...

    Any Idea? Did I loose all my previous backed up files?

    It is Sometimes very Difficult to Diagnose and fix a Computer from halfway across the World, without All the Details,without the ability to sit in front of your Computer monitor and see what's going on..

    From Searching some of your other Post, you have installed ZA Extreme 9.1.507.000?

    I have that Version of ZAX on several of my Computers and DO NOT HAVE (ZABackupTray.exe) on any of those computers..

    Thanks for your answer. I'm running:

    Win XP/SP-3
    ZA Exteme 9.1.603.000
    Dell desktop computer Inspiron 530S (Pentium Dual CPU, 600G HD, 4G RAM)
    Only other security software installed: paid ofr version of MalwareByte AntiMalware (v. 1.46)

    I was reffering to the on-line backup service provided by ZAX. Whenever I click on the link that appears on the "main" tab under "overview" menu, I get an error message saying : can not find ZABackupClassic.exe

    Everything worked well for the past year, but then I realised ZA was not backing up my files anymore...

    Any Ideas?

    Ok, thanks for feedback..

    I have never user the Free On-Line Backup feature, because I have over 2 Terribytes of External HDD that I backup all my 5 Computers to..
