    Default ZA not remembering applications OR networks

    In addition to the UNSOLVED New Network pop ups that I suffer from, I also have the problem that ZA does not seem to be able to remember specific applications that I have given a green or red light. I am frequently asked to decide whether or not to allow access to applications which I have repeatedly allowed or denied AFTER checking the Always whatever box in the dialog.

    When I go into the ZA settings and look, they're all there, but Zone Alarm doesn't seem to know how to read its own settings.

    This product has turned into a real PITA and I'm about through with all the interruptions.

    How do I make ZA remember what I told it 4 hours ago?

    It is Sometimes very Difficult to Diagnose and fix a Computer from halfway across the Country,
    without All the Details,without the ability to sit in front of your Computer monitor and see what's going on..

    *** NOTICE:
    Whenever posting here- or Contacting ZA Tech Support, it is always advisable to list your:Windows OS (XP SP 2-3 / Vista SP1-2 / Windows 7 32-Bit/64-Bit),

    List your ZoneAlarm product Type (Free,Pro,AV, Suite,Extreme) and ZA version number (7.0,8.0,9.0,9.1,9.2),

    List Brand of Computer and CPU, is it a Desktop or Laptop,

    List any other Security Programs installed.

    ======================

    New installs or Clean installers of Zone Alarm may change will invoke the 21 day Learning mode.. that can and will make changes to your setting during the 21 day learning period..
