Thread: Cane we move the "ForceField Shared Files" files folder ?

Default Cane we move the "ForceField Shared Files" files folder ?

I searched the forums and learned that third-party download managers (such as FlashGet) must set their destination folders to the "ForceField Shared Files" files folder.

The only reason I'd like to use a 3rd party downloader is that I want to put all downloads to a particular location on my network.

Can we change the location of the "ForceField Shared Files" files folder?

"ForceField Shared Files" is the default folder when using 3rd party download managers.Otherwise they are automatically trapped in the browser security's virtualization field and will never reach your computer.

On the other hand, anything you choose to download can be saved to your computer if you initiate the download yourself.I use Firefox and have as my default to " Always ask me where to save files" and I can select where to download files.

Have no other suggestions to address your issue unless other users might want to provide input.

    Have a nice Day
