    Default core temp.exe

I just performed a full scan and it came back with a trojan-downloader.win32.geral.vrd in the file c:\windows\core temp.exe. Is this a false positive? I'm running ZAES version with DAT file version 1022176000. I've had this file since 2006 according to the file properties. I've also scanned it with SuperAntiSpyware and Malwarebytes with no malware detected. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
