Default Zone Alarm Extreme Download - BSOD on windows 7 64bit

I disagree: I have Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit, and after installing Extreme Security
    ZASPSetup_91_603_000_en

my machine Blue Screened (BSOD) within 30 minutes, often instantly upon boot up. I have very few 3rd party software items installed. upon removing ZA entirely, my computer became stable again...

Something's messed up with ZA and W764...

Try also to apply these MS windows 7 hotfixes. They address bugs in windows firewall "api platform". It should resolve your problem.

They must be installed by first removing ZA

Question Re: Zone Alarm Extreme Download - BSOD on windows 7 64bit

Thanks for the reply. I've been running unprotected for the last week, though traveling, so not much computer use.

Are these 2 hotfixes included in the newly released ZA Extreme 9.3.014.00, which states:

"Includes Microsoft patch for Windows 7 and Vista systems:
    * Resolves issues with running two security products at once
    * Resolves Internet connectivity and stability issues, especially with Windows 7 64-bit systems"

    Thanks!
