    Default Problem with ZA Extreme Security upgrade

    Hi there, I thought I'd try to get some help here ~SNIP~

    Anyway, here's my problem......
    I've been trying to resolve a problem with the anti-virus in Extreme Security. In the dashboard, it says that there is a problem and provides the "fix it" button. When I click on that, AV goes green, and then back to red with the fix it button once again displayed. In an attempt to fix it, I found that there was an update for Extreme Security available, and tried to install that. It fails, saying that I need to install Microsoft Windows Service Pack 1. I'm on Win 7 and there doesn't seem to be a SP1 for it yet. Elsewhere on the forum, I read about a fix in making sure that compatability mode was not set to Windows Vista, and it's not. I tried running as an Admin as well.

    Now, when I start up the installation, it says it's getting ready to run, and after about 5 minutes, just says that the update was cancelled.

    Any assistance would be appreciated.
