Question [SOLVED] Holiday time in Antivirus Update Land??? --> Updating works normally

Up to the evening of Monday 26 July, I received Antivirus updates almost every hour, and this on three computers.
Yesterday, in the daytime, I got three. I am thankful for them, but all the same, it was considerably less than all days before.
Today, I have received two early this morning, and nothing more since about 9:27 Central European Summer Time.
A friend of ours, who lives elsewhere in this country, has experienced the same. And for those who might wish to know, he has a different IP.
Now I understand quite well I should not start panicking.
All we want to know is whether we are the only ones experiencing this, and whether anyone among the gurus or even the moderator himself can tell us what's going on.

Thanks in advance for your time.

    Ananda

As you know, this can be perfectly normal. There is no mandatory updating happening every X hours. If you see no updates in days then there may be indeed a problem

As usual there is not point to post these messages here. In case of doubts on antivirus updating you need to contact the official ZA support at the link in my signature.

They are the only ones able to check the issue at source and they are available 24h / 7 days.

By the way, we are now at:

    Anti-virus signature DAT file version:1023185024
and after a while it is:
    Anti-virus signature DAT file version:1023189120

So they don't look at holiday yet

I will close this thread since the is no issue. Please PM me in case you need to re-open it.

    Thanks,
