Default [SOLVED] Cant get helpsvc.exe out of quarantine --> False positive

    Hi

i was just browsing a website and windows updates were being downloaded in the background
then right after ive logged into one website, ZA popped up showing 3 items were quarantined (all of them - HelpSvc.exe, only in different locations)
shotrly after windows message appeared saying important files were lost
ive googled the problem and figured this was a mistake
    tried to restore the items
one got restored (in SoftwareDistribution/Downloads folder), 2 others keep being detected as malicious and quaranteened 2 seconds after i restore them

is there a way to un-quaranteen them for good?
    thanks!

    (im running ZA version 9.3.014.000)

    hey thanks for the advise!

its a false alarm, found other people talking about it today http://translate.google.com/translat...23entry1435645 (so i think Kaspersky already got the false positive report)

VirusTotal showed only Kaspersky detecting trojan http://www.virustotal.com/analisis/6...e9c-1281093558
at first, and after i re-scanned it, nothing was found http://www.virustotal.com/analisis/6...e9c-1281101388

Good, update the antivirus signature manually to get the latest updates (ZA antivirus/antispyware --> Update now) and then you are ready to go.

Closing this thread since the issue is resolved. Do not hesitate to open a new for any other ZA product issue. Or PM me in case you need to reopen this thread.
