    Default BSOD win7 ZoneAlarmPro

    Hi,
    I have ZoneAlarmPro version: 9.3.014.000 running on Windows 7 32bit. I still receive BSOD (4th time).
    Can you help me please?

    Sorry all users here. You need to report the issue to ZA technical support. Give as much as information as possible and keep following with them to troubleshoot it. The link to ZA technical support is in my signature.

    Note that there is NO free ZA 9.3.014.000. You probably posted in the wrong section.

    I had the BSOD after upgrading to 9.3.014.000 in Windows XP.
    Unfortunately the Zonealarm helpdesk was not too helpful.

    I found a workaround, I had a series of special (blocked) zones defined, and a set of expert rules. I deleted all these ( and I will restore them by hand ).

    it helped me.
