Angry ZAX 93.014.000 The computer blocked

This is the second time that I updated Zone Alarm Extreme Security and I had problems.
I renewed the ZAX and I followed the instruction you rote to me to uninstaled last version.
Them I install the ZAX 93.014.000 and no one program on the computer can start.
I set the minimal protection on ZAX to due any progran to be start, but nothing happens.

OS: Vista Ultimate SP1 32 bits
    RAM: 4 Gb
    Processor: i7

Please, what must I do because I must shut down the ZAX, shut down the computer with the on/off button because the computer is blocked, restarted with ZAX off in order to run any program.
In this way the computer run properly.
If I turn ZAX on the computer will be bloked

    Best regards

try to run this utility to remove any left overs of otehr security tools:

Then look for specific ZA left overs and be sure to remove them all, follow all steps as detailed here:

I cannot find or run the ZoneAlarm uninstall program (XP/2000)
I cannot find or run the ZoneAlarm uninstall program (Vista)

    Then reinstall ZAES
