Default [Solved] Very Slow Uploads - Turn OFF Identity Protection

I just finished rebuilding my system. Windows 7 x64bit
Marvel Ukon Nic, inside a Shuttle Barebones GS33-5m I built from scratch, just now.

It has a 1Gb Nic, and a FIOS 35 up 35 down connection.
When ZA Internet Security Suite is turned on the Upload speed drops to less than 1Mbps
But when I turn off ZA, the upload speed is about 30-35Mbps.
Download is always 35 Mbps no matter what.
    Cable is fine.
    Switch is fine.
    Fios Modem is fine.
    Turned off IPV6

Does anyone know if there is a flaw with this version of software??

    ZA Suite Ver
    Driver Ver 9.1.522.000
    AV Engine/Dat / 1024621472
I do not have the Browser ad in installed.

    Please help.

I found the answer to this problem. It was ZA. If I turn off ZA's Identity Protection feature the upload speed is as fast as the download speed.

By the way ... Only IE8 had this issue. Firefox was fine.
