Default [Solved] Banking sites don't stay registered > Save Bank cookies

When I go to my banking sites I always have to "re-register" and answer the security questions I initially set up.
Have I done something wrong with my settings?

    XP, ZASS (latest version) FF.

Sorry if this isn't the appropriate section.

    This is a Simple Fix..

When your Logon to your Back and Register and fill out the Security questions... your bank stores a "Cookie file" on your computer..

If that "Cookie" has been deleted when you close your Browser then your Bank will make you Register again as a new user each time, Unless the Banks Computer finds the "Cookie file" on your computer..

I use a Free Junk Cleaning tools called Ccleaner.exe that has a "Cookie" manager option that allows you to Mark which "cookies" that you want to Keep as Protected saved files..

Click on this Link in the ZA Off-Topic area..

    http://forum.zonealarm.com/showthread.php?t=75128

    Install ccleaner..
    Run ccleaner, Click on "Options"
    Click on "Cookies"
The left side is all the "cookies" that will be deleted.. when your Browser and Temp folders are cleaned..
The Right Side is for "Cookies that are Saved.. like Bank Cookies, Zonealarm/Zonelabs cookies etc.. that you want to keep..

    Followup post:

If you can't find the Cookie for your Bank.. after you have installed ccleaner.exe?

Here is how to find it and save it a

Logon to your Bank account and register again..
    Keep the Browser Open,
Now Click on ccleaner program, click on Options on the lower left side.
now click on "Cookies" look down the left side for your Bank cookie file
High-lite that bank file and click on the Right "Arrow" between the Left and Right cookie window, this will transfer the Bank Cookie into the Right side and Save it..

Now close ccleaner and log off the Bank account.. Close the Browser..

Now you should be able to logon to your Bank and only have to enter your Name and password without having to Register again..

However, if your Bank has recently upgraded their own Security software,
they may Require Registration for all customers until they adjust the security level.?
