The problem:
In the Security Log I get Audit Failures every 10 mins or so saying:
Code Integrity determined that the page hashes of an image file are not valid. The file could be improperly signed without page hashes or corrupt due to unauthorized modification. The invalid hashes could indicate a potential disk device error.

I also see that this problem has been asked a few times before over the last year, but there doesn't appear to be an answer or solution.
Please can someone explain this and help me get rid of it.
