Default Anti-virus/Anti-spyware is off by "itself" !!!

Dear Zone Alarm Reps and Users

Here is the problem I need to resolve.
Every morning I start my computer ZoneAlarm shows me a pop up window. The pop up window indicates that Anti-virus/Anti-spyware turned off, because my "PC clock was of its real time", which is not true. In addition, it said that to resolve the problem “click here … to download updates”. I did as instructed, but the problem was not corrected.
If I simply restart PC, the problem still exist.

The only way to solve the problem is to shut down ZA, and then reinstall it (with the following command to "restart the PC").

PLEASE help me ASAP to resolve the problem that persists every single morning, when I start the PC.

    Thank in advance,

I am having the same thing with my ZA Extreme Security 2010 and only in the Anti-Virus / Anti-Spyware button. It will not stay on. It tries to get set but them goes back to red and is off. I've downloaded the most current software updates. What can I do? I'm going to bed as I have tried everything but the message board. If others are having the same issue it must be repairable. I'll check back in the morning to see if their is a response.

You can PM me for my license and any other information.
