I have RSIs - problems with typing a lot
So forums or email just is better for me to find/get answers.
If they get this question/issue mentioned a lot will a fix be posted here at some point?
Would a back up and reinstall possibly fix it?

Anti-Virus / Anti-Spyware button is off - It will not stay on.
It tries to reset but them goes back to red and is off.
I've downloaded the most current software updates.
ZoneAlarm Extreme Security version:9.3.014.000
Just started having the issue this week.
Haven't had any problems for quite awhile - until this.
