Default Windows 7 64 bit BSOD after installing Zone Alarm Internet Security

Hi, I'm getting BSOD on my Windows 7 64 bit after installing Zone Alarm Internet Security.
    Here is my configuration:

OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit

ZoneAlarm product Type: Zone Alarm Internet Security v.9.3.037_000_it

Brand of Computer: HP Pavilion dv6-3013sl notebook
CPU: Intel Core i7-720QM 1,6 GHz
    RAM installed: 4 GB

    No other Security Programs installed

Steps to reproduce the BSOD Problem
: install ZA I.S. and the BSOD is random: when opening file, when installing programs, ...

After uninstalling ZA I.S., the notebook is OK, no more BSOD.

Can you please help me solving this?

Follow all steps as suggested here:
    [SOLVED] Win 7 / 64 - BSOD - ZA Extreme 9.3

If not resolved report directly to ZA official technical support (link in my signature), they will probably need to collect logs.

It is essential you install MS hotfixes before you install ZA. Not sure these are available for localised (italian) OS. Hotfixes are fixing several bugs in the native W7 firewall API used by ZA. If not installed you may experience BSOD as described.

    Thanks,

Hi, I followed the first 4 steps you suggest, but when I try to install the hotfix:

    Windows6.1-KB981889-x64.msu

the system said that is already installed.

Then I install ZA I.S. but I get back BSOD.

If not resolved report directly to ZA official technical support Live Chat (link in my signature), Please advise them that you have the italian version installed.. and what Version of Windows you have..

they will probably need to collect logs.
