    Thumbs up How to Create Your own New Thread?

    To create your own Thread post, is simple..

    When you Click on a Forum Topic like "ZoneAlarm Free Firewall " Forum Area,
    Now Look at the Top Left side.. you will see

    + Post New Thread <= click on this button to
    create your own Topic thread and then discribe your own ZA Problem or Request.


    Please provide us with detailed information about what type of computer you have, version of Windows as well as Type & version of Zone Alarm.

    Whenever posting here, it is always advisable to list your:

    Windows OS (XP SP 3 / Vista SP1-2 / Windows 7 or 8, 32-Bit/64-Bit/),

    List your ZoneAlarm product Type (Free,Pro,AV, Suite,Extreme) and also the ZA version number (7.0,8.0,9.0,9.1,9.2,9.3,10.1,10.2,11,12), Browser type and version, any other security tools installed.


    The More information you post the more likely users here will be able to understand the issue and try to help.


    List the Brand of Computer and CPU, and the amount of Ram Memory, also is it a DeskTop or Laptop computer or Netbook.

    Please List any other Security Programs installed as these programs may be Conflicting with Zone Alarm.
