    Unhappy Problem with License Key on new ZAISS upgrade

    I had the same issue trying to apply a legitimate 5-PC license to a downloaded Trial version of ZAIS to replace a free version of ZAPro which had been completely removed from my laptop. I finally got it through my thick head that it was just that, a "Trial version". Fortunately I had a copy of the ZAIS-for-5-PCs executable on one of my other systems and installed it after removing the Trial version. It took almost 24 hours for the license key to register (my systems are up 24x7 and behind a firewall and on UPS's).

    Valid Unexpired License keys will work on 30 day Trial versions, as long as the Trial version is the same ZA Type as your License was purchased for..

    Example: ZA Pro License Only works on ZA Pro Versions
    ZA AV works only on ZA AV..
    ZA Suite works Only on ZA Suite..
    ZA Extreme works only on ZA Extreme

    Validation failed messages
    Validation failed errors can be caused by incorrect date/time in your system clock. Verify the date and time on your system!

    Also if you purchase a Multi User License, like your 5 user license,
    all 5 License Begin to Expire at the same time, as soon as the first License is activated..
