Default Zone Alarm alert stops responding

I just installed a new application called Taskbar Shuffle. It is the 64bit, 2.5 version. When it tries to set itself to start with Windows, ZA pops up with the alert box, asking me what to do. However, the alert box stops responding immediately, before I can click or press anything inside the pop up. I have to reboot the computer to get it to go away and behave normally. I also have to disable starting Taskbar Shuffle from starting with Windows. Starting it manually causes no problems or alerts.

I am running ZoneAlarm Security Suite version:9.3.037.000
    TrueVector version:9.3.037.000
    Driver version:9.1.522.000
    Anti-virus engine version:8.0.2.48
    Anti-virus signature DAT file version:1028426528
    AntiSpam version:6.0.0.2385
under Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit
    Major Version: 6
    Minor Version: 1
    Build Number: 7600
    Service Pack: none

No other security programs in use.
