Hi. I tried installing the ZoneAlarm software that comes with my subscription to Identity Guard. In the middle of the install, my laptop froze up. I tried exiting the install using the task manager, but it wouldn't work. I had to shut down the laptop manually. When I restarted, I could no longer access the internet. I get the following message from the diagnostic tool:
Zonealarm was not installed (at least not fully).
Can someone please advice me on what to do?
