    Default Cannot access SSLVPN after ZA update

    I have updated almost all of our laptops to the latest version of ZA, since then I can't access our network via the VPN - the laptops just lock up and the only way to get out is to power off then power on again.

    There is one laptop that I havent updated and this one can access VPN OK.

    If I disable ZA I can then access VPN fine.

    I have imported settings from OK laptop to updated laptop, but still doesn't work. I have also reset ZA and setup zones etc again, but still it will not work.

    Does anyone know what could be causing this and how to resolve this problem?

    since I guess you are licensed user of ZA you can contact, free of charge, the ZA technical support at the link in my signature. They will help you troubleshooting the problem and ask you to perform certain standard tasks. Please keep working with them on a step-by-step bases.

    Of course, you are more than welcome to post back here if you will find a solution. It will help other users that may be in your same situation.
