    Default [SOLVED] can't install renewal key > Contact Customer Service

    2 out of 3 PC's I could renew ZAFF, the 3rd and main desktop, will not let me enter the renewal key, as if the font is to big?
    errors: "invalid key", "did you copy and paste" (yes)"contact Customer service"
    What I have done:
    unistalled and reinstall ZAFF, no joy.
    Uninstall Norton's Internet Security, reinstall ZAFF, no joy.
    Tried safe mode, no joy.
    Enlarged monitor to 150%, key fits, but no joy.
    Both my laptop and this PC are running same software, windows 7 Home premium, NIS, ZAFF, IE8.
    Laptop updated no problem.
    Other desktop running XP SP3 home edition, NIS,ZAPP, IE8. updated no problem.
    I was told by Tech support@Securetec.com.au to wait for expiration until I entered renewal key. I am awaiting a response from them?
    Has anybody else experienced a problem like this?

    Hi!

    Weird problem, first time I hear about it. Better you contact the official ZA technical support at the link in my signature.
    They may be able to better understand what is the problem exactly and suggest what could be done.
