Default Port scaning or not ?

I borrowed to my neighbor Internet access trough my router and then blocked his ip in ZoneAlarm firewall but last night i received couple of alerts like 40 of them that tried to access from his computer to mine trough netbios using port 139 and only thing changing in that 40 alerts was tcp port that was ranging from number 56705-57117 in ascending order, so I was wondering is that port scanning or something else.Thank you advance for your help .....

Yes, sounds like a port scanning. This can happen normally by the system itself or can be triggered by the user. So you can't assess if this is intentional or unintentional. Just ignore it, its blocked anyway.
