First, let me say I have reviewed the other threads on this topic and turning off the spam filter is not a solution.

To reiterate the problem, Outlook Express can switch from the main identity to any other identity. However, any attempt to switch back or to another identity crashes OE.

This is clearly and unquestionably a ZA issue, which appears to be verified in multiple posts with the suggestion to turn off spam filtering. Seriously???

This problem appears to be around for a while (a year or more?) Does ZA read these forums and is there any chance a patch will be provided? I just paid for two years of service on 3 machines, and they all use multiple identities.

If anyone can point me to a patch, it's appreciated in advance. If one doesn't exist, when can we expect to see one from ZA?
