Default ZA Spam Filters Not Working

How is it I enter an email company to block, AKA domain, the same damn emails get through?

I want to block all hotmail and yahoo mail. If there's an email from one of those domains that I want to let through, then I'll allow it.

I think the best way to do it, is block all mail, and then just allow the sender/companies I want to receive. The mail I receive is pretty consistent. I do look at the senders and subject of spam just to make sure something was blocked unintentionally.

Can you use wildcard characters within addresses?

Personally, I don't think it matters what OS I'm running. The fact is, I tell ZA to block the company, yahoo.com, it should block all mail from yahoo and it doesn't.

I hope this information below sheds some light on the problem.
