    Question Email Renewal Message

    I got an email message saying it will soon be time to renew ZoneAlarm Pro. That's fine; I last renewed it January 2010, but on the ZoneAlarm Pro Overvew Product Info Support and Product Information it says that my Product update service expires in 453 days. What's this and why do I have 453 days left? Thanks.

    If you have signed-up for automatic renewal when you installed your product, I have noticed that the renewal usually occurs 30-45 days before the expiration. However, that does not fully explain the reason that you appear to have 88 days beyond a full year renewal.

    Check your recent credit card statements to see if there is a charge from CheckPoint/ZoneAlarm.

    To verify your settings:
    Go to
    Choose "Log in to My Account" using the e-mail address on which you received the notice and your password (If you have forgotten your password, click on "forgotten password" link, your password will be reset and you will receive a temporary password via e-mail)
    Click "Manage Account"
    Click on "Manage Subscriptions"
    Review and/or change the information
